Well, despite the entertaining video that Steven submitted to DIY’s Desperate Landscapes, and the fact that our submission was one of the top 15 out of 10,000 entries — we didn’t make the finals (top 4). Thanks to everyone who voted for us. A couple of my photographer friends even got their clients to vote for us… Thanks for the support!

We are now in the official planning stages, and are meeting with landscapers next week (we were waiting to see if we would “be on DIY” before starting). The fun part will be coordinating the driveway and the yard projects. Recall, we moved into a brand new “just built” house that is simply amazing. And once we have our landscaping projects completed, we will have to hold a party!
