No weddings this past weekend, I was busy attending my *little* brother’s college graduation!
I’d forgotten how long commencement usually runs. But that’s ok. It was worth it to get to be there to help him celebrate. Those black caps and gowns really do make finding people tough. We ended up texting (yes via cell) to find out where each other was at. As usually happens at commencements, there was a big crowd afterwards, and locating everyone was made easier with cell phones then too.
Unfortunately because of extenuating circumstances we weren’t able to stay longer to celebrate with the family, but at least we were able to be there and help make the day worth it ;).
So, congratulations Mark! You’ve earned it and have fun celebrating!
