I’m having a little bit of wedding nostalgia. My brother and his fiance are getting married this summer… and I just got the formal invitations in the mail a few days ago! These invitations are super stylish and I know you can’t feel it in this blog post, but the texture of the paper is “to die for.” Curls of brown and white ink interweave on the invitation, with a spring green ribbon as an accent to tie it all together.
Inside, the warm earth tones continue to bombard your senses on each piece of the invitation… with more of that lovely spring green tone. I just had to photograph these outside in our grass (yes, we have grass, after last year’s landscape project!).
These wedding invitiations definitely portray the essence of my brother and my future sister-in-law’s relationship. Down to earth, yet sophisticated. Congratulations (yet again!), and I can’t wait to see how the rest of the wedding pieces come together.
