Well, I figured it would be kind of fun to document Sydney’s first year here on my blog. That way, you can get a better idea of what’s included in our “Baby’s First Year” collection — which is basically a series of sessions to document my baby clients as they grow.
A few weeks ago, we had Sydney’s parents into the studio for a maternity portrait session. Well, Sydney finally arrived, and she is just the most adorable baby girl! Of course, I’m a little partial because Sydney is my “niece” (my cousin’s baby) — but even so… I think you’ll have to agree with me when you see some images from her newborn portrait session.
And here’s a cute “outtake” from the session; when photographing newborns you have to be flexible — in this case, we took a few short breaks throughout the session so Sydney could be fed and held. Being a superstar is hard work, you know!
It’s amazing to see how much babies change during the first 12 months, isn’t it? I’m looking forward to seeing Sydney again for her next baby portrait session in a few months. See you soon!
